A nonprofit organization in New Jersey has a great Senior-level opportunity awaiting a new Business Analyst.
In this role the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of technology initiatives across the organization, including Operations, Network Relations, Programs, Development and Finance.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst will:
Gather and write business requirements for assigned business units, diagraming current and future state process.
Translate business needs into key functional documentationCreate and deliver appropriate training, and communication around discoveriesDevelop recommendations and strategic approaches based on key findings, anticipating and communicating risksBuild and executing test plans of changes and new development, including creating test scenarios, execution of unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testingFunction as a Project Manager including planning, discovery, development, testing, refinement, and deployment of technical solutionsPerform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

years of experience in a Business Analyst roleBachelor's Degree in Business, Scientific, and/or Technical-related fieldExperience with Systems Development life cycle activities to manage, plan, design, implement, test and deliver information systems and strategiesExperience leading the systems solutions discussions and extracting and documenting data infrastructure requirementsSolid critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)About the Company:
