We are currently seeking to hire a Territory Sales Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and enhance customer relationships within the Northeast geographical area. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect the person in this role to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs.


? ?Develops effective territory sales and marketing strategies to build the business within the territory

? ?Analyzes data to find the most efficient sales methods

? ?Targets potential customers and sales opportunities

? ?Understands/Analyzes competitive activities in the region and assesses opportunities for incremental business development

? ?Interfaces with key customers to address concerns and provide solutions

? ?Utilizes consumer research to identify new sales opportunities

? ?Presents products and services to prospective customers

? ?Participates in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to network with foodservice distributors and key operators in the territory and cultivates customer relationships

? ?Conducts Distributor Sales Training in sales techniques and company product attributes

? ?Assesses sales performance

? ?Follows up on sales leads as appropriate

? ?Stays current with industry news to identify opportunities for new business

? ?Prepares and submits reports to the?Director of Sales

? ?Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited institution with a major in liberal arts or science. Proven experience as a Territory Manager

? ?Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; foodservice field sales experience is preferred

? ?Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs

? ?Proficient in MS Office; Business Acumen and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

? ?Organizational and leadership ability

? ?Problem-solving aptitude

? ?Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery)

? ?Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships

? ?Candidates must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future, without sponsorship.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
